Previous step: 1. Register email for sending

Now that the mail has been authenticated, let’s create a letter block to use. Click the Dashboard button at the top right. To create a block, click the Add Block button on the Dashboard.

Click on the first letter block out of many blocks!

If you have followed well, you can see the setting page of the letter block. There are many settings, but I'll explain them one by one.

• Block title is the name of this block. When you find this block again, you need to know which block it is? You use it then.
• Email to send mail is the address to send mail. It is automatically entered into the email set previously.
• Sender name is the name you want to write in the email. When you receive an e-mail, it may be displayed with a name other than an address through this setting.
• Mail Title is the subject of the email.
• The Notiion URL of Mail is the most important setting and is the address of the notion to be sent by e-mail.

The Hide Contents and Attach CTA Button below will be explained separately on Convert Notion page!

Now enter one by one. For Notion URL of Mail, enter the URL of Sample Letter below. If you want to write your own content, change the page to Public and enter the page address.
