Sender Policy Framework(SPF) and DomainKeys Identified Mail(DKIM) are verification methods that verify that an email has been sent from an authorized source. If you've purchased your own domain and are using it as your email address, you can authenticate emails from Joey through SPF and DKIM settings. If you are using a general mail service (gmail, outlook, icloud, etc.), authentication is not possible.

Setting SPF

Please set the spf value of the yourdomain.com TXT record(not SPF) in the following way. yourdomain.com should be changed to your email domain.

v=spf1 include:amazonses.com ~all

If you use it with other services, you can add it as follows.

v=spf1 include:[other service] include:amazonses.com ~all

Setting DKIM

Please set the TXT record of joey._domainkey.yourdomain.com to the value below. yourdomain.com should be changed to your email domain.
