If the block contains an email question type, it can be connected to the Letter block. When connected, emails entered through Input block or Survey block are automatically added to the Audience of Letterblock.
To connect to Letter Block, you must have created Letter Block. When Letter Block is ready, enter the Integrate tab on the Input Block or Survey Block where you collect email. Turn on Connect Letter Block and select the Letter Block to add email from the drop-down. After saving the setting, You can see that the emails included in the responses that are added are automatically added to the Audience of the selected block.
The Audience property is used for Mail Merge. If there is a block with e-mail and other questions as a Question type, Audience Property can be registered automatically. Please create and save first before connecting two blocks.
If the letter block set in Connect Letter block is using Mail Merge, you can see the Property Mapping settings. Select the question you want to link to by name among the Questions in the Survey Block. On the screen below, Please write your name! Linked to the question. After saving, the name will be set while adding Audience automatically for subsequent responses.
